Вредное действие, противопоказания: Е160b - может вызывать сильные аллергические реакции, крапивницу, гиперактивность.
Дополнительная информация: Каротин (провитамин А) — желто-оранжевый краситель. Содержится в листьях всех растений, а также в корне моркови, плодах шиповника и др. Хим. формула С40H56. Нерастворим в воде, но растворим в органических растворителях.
